Compensation




Responsibilities



  • Take the creative lead on projects working in tandem with Project Managers in client communication
  • Build Flash websites, microsites, rich internet applications and games
  • Dream up creative concepts and translate them into comps and deliverables
  • Keep up the high quality standards
  • Mentor and inspire new and existing team members
  • Establish and maintain processes and standards
  • Actively participate in the conceptualization of prospective projects


Requirements



  • An impressive online portfolio
  • 4+ years of professional experience using Flash and Photoshop
  • Minimum two years experience with an interactive agency catering to national or global brands
  • Strong conceptual ability and excellent design skills
  • Excellent understanding and experience with website layout and usability design
  • Exposure to object oriented programming in Actionscript 2.0 and AS 3.0
  • The ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The motivation to stay on the forefront of new technologies and a willingness to grow
  • A passionate curiosity about the internet, pop culture, video games and technology trends
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines
  • You must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
