Modea

The Program Director at Modea is responsible for delivering successful projects to our clients on time and on budget. This role requires the highest level of customer attentiveness and service. The Program Director is the customer advocate and bridge contact to internal Modea team members. The Program Director takes every client touch point as an opportunity to provide value and deliver service above expectations. This role requires a mix of marketing prowess and technical acumen. The Program Director is a leadership role requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Other responsibilities include leading the creative exploration and brainstorming process. The Program Director is the first one onto a project and sees it through from conceptualization through final delivery. Expect to work daily with a Project Manager for resource allocation and with Account Managers for continued maintenance of the client relationship.

• You have a four-year marketing, business, or computer-related degree from an accredited university
